A Note

I love flowers. I love spontaneity, and pleasant surprises. I'm dainty and ambitious; really. I nurse others. There's more than meets the eye when it comes to me.

Heaven sobbed.

This blogger takes SO long to load.

Anyway, back to school today. Flowers were raining on me. Haha. I'm now a 2nd year student! I'm a senior now. For the Year 1s. Haha. I love school. Especially with Tini around and in my class. Awesome. We have the same mindset you know. Hahah. Thank God for me, she says.

Tini, Lia and I went to school 1 and a half hour earlier so that we could queue up to get our notes for classes. I think we queued for like 25 minutes just to get hold of notes for 1 module. We also checked out the guys around and tried to figure out who's in Year 1. Hahaha.

Went to class and found out our new class. It's now not an all-girls class anymore. 2 of them have been replaced with 2 guys. Sad. And everyone was saying how united our all-girls class was. Sigh.. We were SPECIAL.

During our 1 hour break, we went for a drink and Tini and I went to the bookshop to buy textbooks. They were thick and hard-back. One of them is as thick as an encyclopedia. Maybe even thicker! Much thicker. And it probably weighs more than me.

So we lugged them to our next lecture in a lecture theatre where we've never been before. The seats were SO comfortable but the sound system isn't really good. The big screen in front of us and seats are on different heights (like all lecture theatres) but doesn't it sound like a movie theatre? Everyone said so. I absolutely love the seats!

Lecture ended and it was raining. I'd decided to take a cab. I was thinking how I'm gonna get a cab outside the school in the rain, with my textbooks in my arms, practically pulling it out of their sockets. But then I saw a an empty cab in our school! It must have been waiting for me. Haha. Said farewell to Tini, who borrowed my umbrella, and settled comfortably in the dry interior of the taxi.

The rain was then heavily pouring, making loud tap-tapping on the roof of my taxi and blurring the windscreen until I could hardly read the number plate of the vehicle in front of us. There was slow traffic at first. Expected; peak hours, storm, etc.

So as we slowly edged forward, the driver suddenly said "Wah! A tree fell!" I was like "What?!" and excitedly looked out the windows to see but I couldn't see it. Wasn't anywhere near. The driver just heard it on the radio. But it's along our way. So I became worried like, how much would the fare be?? Then the driver suggested that there's another way only it would be a further journey. Which means I'd have to pay more. But what if you can't move at all because of the tree? And would have to wait for it to be moved out of the way? Wouldn't it take longer and my taxi fare be much higher? So I said ok, in my mind thinking whether $70 would be enough. Of course it's enough, more than enough. I'm exaggerating. But then, the driver saw that the traffic was still moving so why not we just try this way? So I said ok, partly relieved, partly worried. But it went smoothly.

As we drove, I suddenly saw bikes parked at the side of the road, most under the a flyover. I know it's not like abnormal or anything. But there were a LOT of motorbikes parked under there. It was such a sight, I was looking for cute guys or something. Hahah. Oh! While I was looking out the window, a cab or a car that had an advertisement designed on it caught my eyes. I didn't know what advertisement it was for but what I saw kinda gave me a 'jerk'. My eyes widened and I was like "What the!". With flourish and bright colours, it was written on the side of the vehicle: I Love James.

Anyway, everything went fine and my fare was $19.70.

Today, I feel like I've been in a refrigerator or something. Haha. Aircon rooms and taxi and cold weather. It's freezing, I swear! And the weather pattern here has changed. Usually, this time of year it's sunny but it's been raining a lot recently.

Ooh! And I saw Nurul today! We waved to each other like we've never waved before. Haha.

Watching Dia now. Hahaha! It's like everytime the guy says Nadia(the actress in the movie), I'd be like Yes? Hahah! =)
